Our training
We are excited to be offering the NEW International Association for Public Participation’s (IAP2) Global Certificate in Public Participation! This learning program, consisting of 3 core courses, builds on the foundations of public participation training and best practices from around the globe to provide participants with 35 hours of effective training in public participation and engagement.
Upon successful completion of the Certificate in Public Participation, participants receive a "Certificate of Completion" to acknowledge their accomplishment and verify their training hours.
In 2025-2026, we are offering training in:
Winter 2026: ONLINE - Applying Methods on February 10-12, 2026 (deadline to register is February 9th)
Spring 2026: CALGARY - April 8-10 and April 13-14, 2026 (deadline to register is end of day March 25th)
Fundamentals on June 17 and 18 (deadline to register is June 16)
Fundamentals on July 8 and 9 (deadline to register is July 7)
Designing on July 27-20 (deadline to register is July 24)
Fall 2026: CALGARY - November 18-20 and 23-24, 2026
